While traveling wasn’t the most fun thing we did over Christmas and the New Year, I have to say that I am very, very grateful to the TSA for their care and compassion. We had to go through security three times and each time Madison’s urn was treated with reverence and understanding. I imagine it’s hard for the agents who have to test a little girl’s urn for traces of substances while her parents watch anxiously too. One agent handed her back to Brian gently while also expressing her condolences. There are good people all around us all the time.
